DETAILS
This month, HOLD UP pays homage to the OG alt-girl with GHOST WORLD (2001). The epitome of the Gen X high school experience, GHOST WORLD follows cynical, neo-cool best friends Enid and Rebecca as they face the monotony of suburban life after high school. As new friendships develop, old friendships fade, and everything still sucks. It’s a coming-of-age story for the anti-capitalist, non-conformist anti-hero. Enid Coleslaw walked so April Ludgate and Tina Belcher could run!!
