64 countries around the world label GMOs. Why don’t we?

Celebrate Urban Agriculture Week 2019 with a Pay-What-You-Can screening of the award winning documentary “Modified” by Canadian filmmaker Aube Giroux. The show opens with a
short film from the Legacies Earth to Table project “Why Farmers Markets?” by Canadian filmmaker Deborah Barndt. In Modified, filmmaker Aube Giroux and her mother embark on a very personal and poignant investigative journey to find out why genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are not labeled on food products in the United States and Canada, despite being labeled in 64 countries around the world.
