This Summer, we take the (not-so) out of TERRIBLE TWOS and present three wonderfully awful sequels that are “not-so terrible” to revisit on the big screen!

SPEED 2: CRUISE CONTROL became the first out of two sequels that almost ruined Sandra Bullock’s career (the second being MISS CONGENIALITY 2: Armed And Fabulous), and one of the most maligned blockbuster sequels of all-time. Although the film has received scathing reviews from critics and moviegoers worldwide (except for SISKEL AND EBERT — who gave the sequel TWO THUMBS UP), it is also a sequel that more people hated than actually watched and we’re putting that theory to the test by re-introducing this box office bomb to the big screen!

SPEED 2: CRUISE CONTROL suffers from the lack of Keanu Reeves, but it especially suffered from being released during the early stages of film review sites on the internet. Although this film doesn’t even compare to its action-packed predecessor, it has a jaw-dropping (and budget spilling)  final act and features an entertainingly unhinged performance by Willem Dafoe that is best witnessed with a fun crowd in a fun theatre!
