NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Revue Film Society (the “Corporation”) will be held on the above date, time, and location for the following purposes:

 

1. Call to Order & Welcome

a) Approval of the Agenda

b) Approval of the Minutes of the November 10, 2024 Annual General Meeting

 

2. Presentation of the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended July 31, 2025 and the report of the public accountant

a) Approval of Financial Report and Audited Financial Statements for Year ended June 30, 2025

b) Appoint Auditor for 2025-2026

 

3. Governance Update 

a) Approve recommended director

 

4. Programming Update  

 

Other Business

To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

 

Quorum

As set out in Bylaw s.21, quorum for the meeting is 10 members entitled to vote.

An agenda package, including a Google Meet link, will be provided to attendees via email one week before the meeting.
