25th Anniversary Screening!

A street-fighting ex-cop named Han Sing breaks out of prison in Hong Kong to investigate the murder of his brother Po who was found murdered in Oakland, California. Han soon finds himself caught in the middle of an escalating turf war between Chinese and African-American gangsters after befriending Trish, the daughter of Isaak O’Day, a black real estate developer and gangleader.

Internationally-renowned martial arts master Jet Li plays Romeo to hip-hop singing sensation Aaliyah’s Juliet in this Hong Kong-inspired action film loosely based on Shakespeare’s classic play. Directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak (EXIT WOUNDS) and produced by Joel Silver (THE MATRIX) with fight choreography from Corey Yuen (RIGHTING WRONGS), ROMEO MUST DIE is the perfect post-Valentine’s Day date movie for those who like their romance films with a heavy side of kung fu action.

Did we mention DMX is in this too?
