4K RESTORATION!
A DEVILISHLY DARK COMEDY.
When a rogue priest discovers the exact date the Antichrist will be born, he enlists a Death Metal record store clerk and a cheesy TV psychic for an urban spree of gore, sacrilege and twisted humour to prevent the Apocalypse.
Stop me if you’ve heard this one before; a priest, a metalhead, and a TV psychic walk into the apocalypse on Christmas Eve… This holiday season, Nightmare Alley brings you into the blasphemously hilarious world of writer/director Álex de la Iglesia. His sophomore feature film crystallizes his style, merging the comedic and the grotesque with a punk rock attitude. THE DAY OF THE BEAST loves it’s Satanic horror roots, but doesn’t take itself too seriously. (STEVEN LANDRY)
