It’s the 40th anniversary of Pee-Wee, and Throwback Cinema is celebrating with a special 35mm screening! Pee-Wee loves nothing as much as he does his bicycle, so when it goes missing he’ll do anything to find it. His single-minded obsession with recovering his bike takes him on a journey across America, meeting strange people and encountering even stranger situations, but will Pee-Wee ever find his bicycle? The result is a cult classic movie that spawned a television series, established Tim Burton as a director, Danny Elfman as a composer, and Pee-Wee as a household name.
