25th Anniversary Screening!

On March 28th, HOLD UP is celebrating mental health awareness!! HOLD UP curator and host Alice Rose is teaming up with comedian and Mental HELLth creator Ryan Zeitz for a screening of the award winning 1999 film Girl, Interrupted. We’ll be sharing jokes and stories about mental health, giving away cool prizes, and donating all Programmer proceeds to  Quest’s Niagara in support of their 2SLGBTQ+ services. Not to mention, watching an incredible film. So come show your support!

Suffering a nervous breakdown, Suzanna (Winona Ryder) overdoses her way to the psychiatric hospital where she befriends a number of patients, most notably Lisa (Angelina Jolie), a rebellious sociopath and all around bad influence.
